VROČE NOVICE
V MIKK prihaja že LXII. edicija Metal Klavnice, ki bo hkrati ogrevanje za letošnji zadnji Vratolom. Nastopili bodo:

Ne pozabimo: še eno ogrevanje na Vratolom bo potekalo 18. maja v ljubljanskem klubu Jalla Jalla s skupinama Dead Corcoras in Marjetice.

Kitarist/vokalist Shelby Lermo (Ulthar, Human Corpse Abuse, ex-Vastum) in bobnar Jason Bursese (Black Fucking Cancer) predstavljata nov projekt Thanatotherion, ki je nadaljevanje Shelbyjevega projekta Naughtskeid. Led sta prebila s komadom Nuclear Womb z albuma Alienation Manifesto, ki bo izšel 7. junija pri založbi I, Voidhanger Records in obsega komade:

Staroste nemškega heavy metala Accept predstavljajo besedilni video za skladbo Frankenstein z novega albuma Humanoid, ki bo jutri izšel pri založbi Napalm Records.
Španski death/doom metalci Golgotha bodo 14. junija pri Ardua Music izdali Spreading the Wings of Hope, dolgometražni album številka šest. Ta prinaša osem novih komadov:

Organizatorji dogodkov Hangtime Agency sporočajo, da je nedeljski koncert zasedb Grima in Ultar v zagrebškem klubu Močvara odpovedan. Odpovedana sta tudi koncerta v Beogradu in Novem Sadu ter tudi 40 drugih nastopov skupin po Evropi. Zapletlo se je namreč pri vizah. Izjava banda:
»Dear followers of the Grima cult, sometimes even the biggest and oldest spruce tree can't withstand (in)human acts. There is a point where we have to bow down and accept what cannot be changed.
After 4 months of non-stop efforts from everyone involved behind the scenes, the best we got is a 30 days stay in the Schengen area. We have applied for a 90 days arts science visa, which we have been granted in past years, but not this time, the reasons have not been communicated to us.
We did everything we could do, Asgaardian Events and even Les Acteurs de L'Ombre Productions helped us as much as possible, but all we got are these 30 days for now, which we shall use to the fullest.
Our first show will be on the April 25 in Switzerland and the last one will be on the May 22 in Paris. Any other show will be cancelled. There will be no further rescheduling. We will be happy to see each one of our cultists at these shows. We won't have any other Central European tours in the near future, except a few festivals next year, which we are already negotiating with.«
Po izdaji EP-ja Realms, ki je izšel pred tremi leti, italijanska death metal zasedba Olamot končno napoveduje izid prvenca Path of Divinity. Album bo izšel 29. aprila pri Lethal Scissor Records, band pa v posluh ponuja single All Seeing Eye. Celotna tracklista je taka:

Ameriška death metal/grindcore zasedba Human Infection je podpisala za založbo Horror Pain Gore Death Productions, kjer bo 3. maja znova izdala tretji plošček Gravesight iz leta 2019. Plošček že lahko prednaročite tukaj.
Francoska založba Debemur Morti Productions bo 18. in 19. oktobra krstno izvedla festival Servants of Chaos 2024, na katerem bodo nastopili Dødheimsgard in bandi pod njenim okrlijem – Archgoat, Throane, Mütterlein, Aversio Humanitatis, Eitrin, Slidhr, Light of the Morning Star in Ulcerate.

Iz društva Železni Aktivizem sporočajo, da so v prodaji ugodnejše vstopnice (super early bird) za Vratolom 2024. Do konca aprila stanejo samo 20 EUR, kupite pa jih lahko v spletni trgovini On Parole. Festival se bo odvijal 12. in 13. julija na letnem kinu ob Škalskem jezeru v Velenju, potrjeni nastopajoči pa so: Escuela Grind, Hellripper, Traitor, Basement Torture Killing, Hobos, Rabid Dogs, Srd, Vulvathrone, Human Host Body, Diamond Dust in Black Camo.
Deseta izvedba festivala bo na žalost tudi zadnja, zato ga nikakor ne zamudite. Ogrevanje na Vratolom v klubu Jalla Jalla na Metelkovi bo 18. maja s skupinama Dead Corcoras in Marjetice.
Nemške heavy metal legende Accept niti približno ne počivajo. Tokrat predstavljajo videospot za skladbo The Reckoning s prihajajočega albuma Humanoid, ki izide 26. aprila pri Napalm Records. To bo njihov 18. studijski album po vrsti, obsega pa te naslove:
