Nemška post hardcore/metalcore zasedba Annisokay je objavila video za nov single Throne of the Sunset. Skladba bo del prihajajočega EP-ja z naslovom Abyss Pt I, izid pa je napovedan za 22. september pri Arising Empire.

V namene promocije svoje najnovejše izdaje se odpravlja zasedba 1. oktobra skupaj z metalcore/deathcore zasedbo Samurai Pizza Cats na evropsko turnejo z naslovom Abyss Tour 2023, v okviru katere se nam bosta zasedbi najbližje zaustavili 3. oktobra v dunajskem klubu ((szene)) in 20. oktobra v klubu Barba Negra v Budimpešti.

Ameriški stonerji Nebula napovedujejo plošček Livewired in Europe. Ta zajema devet pesmi na vinilu in tri dodatne bonus komade na CD-ju, ki so bili posneti na Švedskem in Nizozemskem v okviru bandove letošnje turneje Transmission From Mothership Earth European Tour 2023. Tracklista:

Nemški simfonični metalci Beyond The Black so objavili video za single Call My Name, ki ga lahko preverite spodaj.

Drugo leto aprila se Nemci odpravljajo na samostojno evropsko turnejo z naslovom Dancing In The Dark Tour 2024, v okviru katere se bodo nam najbližje ustavili 9. aprila na Dunaju.

Portugalski black metalci Corpus Christii in Psaalm (Liber Null) so posneli live video za komad All Hail (Master Satan). Posnetek je nastal marca v okviru turneje Trident of Death European Tour, na kateri so Portugalci promovirali aktualni album The Bitter End of Old.

Ameriški ekstremni progresivni metalci Vintersea so objavili tour glasbeni video za skladbo Lonesome Tide, ki se nahaja na novem albumu Woven Into Ashes.

Ikonični alternativci Helmet se po sedmih letih tišine vračajo na sceno. Novembra bo pri earMusic izšel nov album Left, ki ga bodo predstavili na evropski turneji. Nam najbližje se bodo ustavili 24. novembra na Dunaju in dan kasneje v Budimpešti, medtem ko lahko vse datume turneje preverite na spletni strani banda.

Američani Lorna Shore, ki so nedavno zaključili s poletno evropsko turnejo, se jeseni ponovno vračajo na staro celino s headlinersko turnejo The Pain Remains Tour. Z njimi bodo nastopili še Rivers Of Nihil, Distant in Ingested. Nam najbliže se bodo zasedbe ustavile 22. novembra na Dunaju.

V sklopu jesenske turneje Animal Chapters Tour prihajajo španski instrumentalni progresivci Ciconia v Maribor, in sicer bodo 6. septembra nastopili v mariborski Dvorani Gustaf.

Drugi del turneje Black Metal Revelation Tour 2023 norveških black metal velikanov Gorgoroth se bo začel 30. novembra na Nizozemskem in bo obsegal vsega skupaj zaenkrat 11 napovedanih koncertov, ki jih lahko preverite na priloženi sliki. Kot predskupine bodo nastopili Aeternus, Impalement in Aran Angmar.

Thrash metalci Annihilator sporočajo, da so do konca posneli prihajajoči dolgometražec. Snemali so ga v Watersound Studios v Združenem kraljestvu, več informacij pa bo znanih kmalu. Spodaj si lahko preberete še izjavo vodje zasedbe Jeffa Watersa:

Iz tabora britanskih modernih metalcev Asking Alexandria sporočajo, da so bili zaradi zloma noge bobnarja Jamesa Cassellsa primorani odpovedati preostale nastope v sklopu njihove evropske turneje. Na tem mestu Jamesu želimo čim hitrejše okrevanje, spodaj pa si lahko preberete tudi izjavo banda v celoti.

»After seeing another specialist here in Estonia it has been advised that James rests his broken foot. Playing drums is just not an option for him at this current time.

Power metal zasedba Warkings se naslednje leto odpravlja na turnejo po Evropi. Turneja For King And Crown Tour 2024 bo tako pričela 1. marca na Dunaju, ostale datume turneje pa si lahko ogledate na priloženi sliki.

Italijanski power metalci Frozen Crown, ki so marca letos izdali šesti dolgometražec Call Of The North, sporočajo, da so podpisali z založbo Napalm Records.

Heavy metal legende W.A.S.P., ki smo jih lahko pred nedavnim ujeli na enem izmed naših odrov, sporočajo, da bo nov album luč sveta ugledal poleti naslednje leto. To je pred kratkim v intervjuju za radijsko oddajo The Five Count radio show potrdil vodja zasedbe Blackie Lawless.

»From the time the U.S. tour ended [last December], we went straight back in the studio and we were working really hard to try to get it ready for August of this year, but it's just not gonna happen. It's one of those kinds of things that… I think we've got a big fish on the hook, and I don't wanna let it go before it's ready. I was talking to the guy that does the mixing for our records yesterday, and he asked me what I thought. And I said the best I could tell him would be spring of next year that we'll be ready for him. So if he starts in the spring, that means the soonest it would be ready would be summer.«
