Soilwork 16. decembra začnejo s snemanjem svojega petega albuma, ki bo izšel pozno spomladi pri Nuclear Blast. Začeli bodo v Queenstreet s Fredrikom Nordströmom, kjer bodo posneli kitare in klaviature, nato se bodo preselili v Dog-Out Recording studio, kjer bodo z Danielom Bergstrandom posneli bobne, vokale in bass pa bodo snemali v Studio Fredman. Tam bo narejen tudi končni miks. Po njihovih besedah bo album zvenel podobno kot Natural Born Chaos, posvetili pa se bodo še izboljšanju refrenov. /M.P./

Američani Abattoir so v končni fazi miksanja novega albuma Evil Incarnate.
