WASP so letos 22. aprila odigrali koncert v Key Clubu v Los Angelesu, ki ga je bilo moč spremljati preko interneta. Okoli 10 000 ljudi je gledalo ta koncert, sto tisoč nesrečnežev pa kljub temu, da so se logirali, to ni uspelo. Ta koncert bodo 23.10. idali na CD-ju. Video in DVD pa sledita naslednje leto. Na koncertu so igrali naslednje skladbe: Helldorado, Electric Circus, Chainsaw Charlie, Wild Child, L.O.V.E. Machine, Animal, Dirty Balls, The Real Me, I Wanna Be Somebody ter Blin In Texas. /M.P./

Na novem EP-ju nemškim heavy metalcev Iron Savior z naslovom I´ve Been To Hell bosta tudi dve priredbi; The Hellion/Electric Eye od Judas Priest ter Headhunter od Krokus. /M.P./

Pred kratkim je izšel Tribute To The Scorpions, na katerem sodelujejo številni znani bendi, kot so Helloween, Sinergy, Paradox, Sonata Arctica, Stratovarius, Children Of Bodom, Agent Steel, Steel Prophet, Tankard, Therion, Metalium, S.O.D. in še mnogi drugi. /M.P./

Sonata Arctica bodo 23.10. izdali EP Successor, na katerem bosta dve novi skladbi San Sebastian in Shy, Full Moon edit, priredbi Still Loving You (Scorpions), I Want Out (Helloween) ter mogoče še dve koncertni skladbi. /M.P./

Pevec Edguy Tobias Sammet pravkar končuje z več kot enoletnim ustvarjanjem epske metal opere. Projekt je poimenoval Avantasia. Pri tem pa so mu pomagali tudi Henjo Richter (Gamma Ray), Markus Grosskopf (Helloween), Andre Matos (Virgo, ex-Angra), David de Fies (Virgin Steele), Rob Rock (Warrior), Jens Ludwig (Edguy) in Alex Holzwarth (Rhapsody, Paradox). Novembra bo za pokušino izšel single, medtem ko bo album moč kupiti od januarja 2001 dalje. /M.P./
